Fuel up on fun at our third annual
Ka-Chow! Cars Event

The fast track to thrills starts at Edwardsville Children’s Museum! Join us for our FREE Ka-Chow! Cars Event, when your family can experience the fun of Radiator Springs and Route 66 right here in Edwardsville. Sponsored by the City of Edwardsville, H&F Exteriors, and Southern Illinois Pediatric Dentistry, Ka-Chow! includes free admission to the Museum and a meet-and-greet with Lightning McQueen himself!

PARKING

Designated Event Parking is available:

in the museum lot
in the LeClaire ballfield lot
in the parking lot behind Lewis and Clark
on the street
There is NO PARKING for our event in the Market Basket parking lot!

To access the Lewis & Clark parking lot (660 Troy Rd, Edwardsville), take Jefferson Rd or Wolf St to Hale Ave. The entrance from Troy Rd will be blocked off for the event.

In addition to free admission to the Museum and a photo shoot with Lightning McQueen, the Ka-Chow! Cars Event features special attractions for the whole family:

Buckle up for your own Piston Cup series on the kid-sized Route 66 Roadway
Visit the Kid Zone for Cars-themed activities, tire painting, face painting, and more
Cut loose at the “Life is a Highway” Dance Party
Stop at the replica repair shop inside the H&F Exterior Garage to learn the ins and outs of car care
Visit the Nickel Plate Station for family photos and to play “Is It Cake?!?”
Check out a real race car and meet the driver
Running out of steam? Fuel up at one of the on-site food vendors!
